Here's a conversation I witnessed in the car....
Alex: Camden, do you want to know how to be a big boy? First, you have to help people. If you help people you're a big boy. Big boys go on the potty. Big boys brush their teeth. Big boys fix things. Big boys get dressed. Ok Cam? If you do those things you'll be a big boy.
