It's Been a While!

Wow it has really been a while since I have posted! I have just been so busy with my graduate work that I have not had time to work on this blog, which I love to do! So Alex had her 15 month appointment. She was 21 lbs and 31.5 inches. She still is in the 25ht percentile for weight and 75th for height. Looks like it's time to start putting away some 12 month clothes. I tried a pair of 12 month PJ's on her last night and decided they need to go to the 12 month tub. I just can't believe that another month has gone by. Thanksgiving is almost here. That is so crazy.



The past few weekends we have been pretty busy. Two weekends ago we went to the Renaissance Faire and Alex really had a good time. It was during Halloween weekend and there were kids dressed in their costumes. They had trick or treating there but we didn't have Alex do that obviously because she couldn't eat the candy anyways. Actually she was saying "trick or treat" as she carried around her jack-o-lantern bucket. She really enjoyed the music at the Faire too. She put on quite a show for some bystanders as they were listening to some music. She decided to dance in circles for everyone. It was very cute!



Then last weekend we traveled down to our house in Chadds Ford so that Chris and I could attend a dinner for his work. Nana came along and watched Alex while we went to dinner. During the day we all went out shopping and got some things for our house including a new comforter set and some other small things for around the house. We decorated a bathroom for Alex with a cute ladybug/butterfly shower curtain and with the cutest pink rug and towels. It's all girl. I always said that I didn't want everything to be pink when I had a girl but I must admit I am a fan.



Sunday when the weather was so nice we went to a really nice park. It's nice because it's kind of like the park by our old house in Enola. Alex had a ball there climbing and going down the big slide on her own. She loved the swings and just walking around in general.
