Epcot

Another day we went to Epcot on our vacation. I really enjoyed Epcot and was looking forward to seeing the parts of the world section. After one day at a park we got smart and the first thing we would do when we would enter would be go and get a fast pass ticket for rides that may have a long line. The fast pass ticket allows you to go to the front of the line but you can only use one fast pass time frame per card at a time. At Epcot I was not able to go on as many rides since I was pregnant but that's ok because they were fast and spun around anyways and most likely I wouldn't have liked them but everyone else seemed to like the rides. Well Nancy, my mother in law, didn't like one but we won't go into details about that one. =)

After riding some rides we went over to the World Section to find something to eat. We first stopped at Germany to see what they had and so everyone but Nancy, Alex (who was sleeping) and I ate there. They had a snack place where you could get hot dogs, brats, pretzels, and beer. That wasn't really appetizing to me and I'm not really supposed to eat hot dogs anyways. I didn't think pretzels would fill me either and if I didn't like the snack selection I doubt I would have eaten the 21 dollar per person buffet!!! So we walked over to Italy hoping to find some shack with pizza but in Italy there were only sit down restaurants and I didn't want to hold others up so we decided to keep walking. We walked through country to country looking for a snack place like Germany had but couldn't find any that we wanted so finally we got to France and tried it out. Luckily they had this neat little walk through place that you could get lunch items and dessert items. So I had a cheese tartine (basically a french bread pizza) and a chocolate mousse and Nancy had a ham a cheese croissant and creme brulee. ALL of the desserts looked good in there though!!!!

So we ate and then met up with everyone and continued to walk around together. I enjoyed seeing all of the different buildings for the countries - it was a really neat experience. When we stopped at England I did find a little shack where I got some "chips" or fries. They were really good and luckily Alex liked them too because she hadn't had anything to eat. Who am I kidding - Alex will eat any kind of fry.

Then finally we went on the Imagination ride and into the "big golf ball" to end our day at Epcot.
