In just 3 days Alexandra will be 5 years old and we had a family cookout/party for her and Alyssa at Nana and Papa's house this past weekend.
Saturday was a special day because in the morning we revealed the surprise that we were going to Disney in August (video in another post).
Afterwards Titi Amy took Alex to kids' yoga while Nana and I took Camden to the Disney store. Papa and Chris spent their morning golfing. We met up for lunch with Uncle Bob and Alyssa at Red Robin and the staff sang to the girls for their upcoming birthdays.
We spent the rest of the day swimming and hanging out and then went to a party with Nana for a bit.
Sunday afternoon we had the birthday party and Alex and Alyssa got all kinds of nice gifts. I made some cupcakes for the party for the girls and some salted caramel cupcakes for the adults. It was just very nice weekend visiting with family and some friends!!!
