30 weeks

On Christmas Day I hit the 30 week mark of being pregnant. I need to take a belly picture and I'll post it later. 10 more weeks to go - I can't believe it! Things are getting underway for the baby. Over Christmas Chris and his dad built a closet for Alexandra's new room, put her big girl full sized bed together and soon we will paint/decorate her room. They also put together the baby's crib and dresser. Alex is currently using the baby's toddler bed until her room is complete. Now in January and February I will have to get the rest of the things I need for the baby, although we did get a bunch of cute clothes for him for Christmas which helps out a lot. I have all of the major things I need though. I just need to get everything organized, washed, and in place for his arrival.

He is quite active these days. He has always been but now I am getting more of the random body parts sticking out of the side of my tummy because there is less room for him to move around. At my last doctor appointment everything looked good and he is head down. I was measuring 30 weeks and I believe I am carrying him quite low. It is getting to that uncomfortable stage though with the huge belly. I don't think I would mind at all if he came at the end of February!
